Server Crash

A server crash at the weekend (disk failure) has forced me to restore www.logiqx.com and caesar.logiqx.com from local copies, including a full reload of the CAESAR database.

I don't know exactly how old the server backup was when the hosting company restored it on January 30th but it was somewhere between 27 and 42 days old.

Anyway, all content is now back online including the updates that I did for MAME v0.136 back in early January. Fortunately it wasn't hard to synchronise everything.

Sadly I didn't have a backup of the forum database so all recent posts and questions have gone. If you were waiting for any answers then please remind me of the questions.

Edit: The backup was from 27th December 2009 and was therefore 34 days old.

I have released ROMBuild v2.14.

Changes related to MAME v0.133:
Updated a few existing definitions to account for MAME ROM renames.
Added some additional ROMs for minasan and hachamf.

Ahhh ok. That's what I was trying but after some testing I realized that the text file needs to be formatted with the rom name without the extension for example:

beastrb

instead of:

beastrb.zip

I was getting a list using a dos command dir to output the file. Simple solution just to strip the .zip off of each rom in the list. Just took some more work. Thanks. Works great. Maybe can implement the feature to read it with the .zip extension as well in the future? Since that's how it is outputted. If not then no big deal as I just use a text editor to fix but would help cut corners in the future. LOL. Thanks again Logiqx. It was the feature I was looking for.

I am really behind but have managed to update CAESAR for MAME v0.134.

This was the one with all of the game renames... 334 of them affecting CAESAR.

I'd love to have time to play with the emulator and create a data file for it but I'm completely swamped with work. Unfortunately that's likely to be the case right up until the end of 2009.

If anyone fancies a stab at it then I can review what they have done and give advice about how it might be improved.
