Hi,

I'm looking for the RC/CMp DAT for audit CPSE roms.
This DAT is NOT included in the "Older Emus 20080420" archive.

Where I can found it?
Can you make a DAT using DatUtils ?

thank you so much!
Hi Logiqx, how are you ?

Do you remember the last datutil problem I submitted to you about 'sampleof' games which didn't exist?

Well, I have a new problem:

(mame32plus 0.142)
From the datutil log:

Code:

robocopw - Robocop (World revision 3)
ROM en_24.a2 - merge name removed (ROM name not in parent).

From the mame listxml:

Code:

game name="robocopw" sourcefile="dec0.c" cloneof="robocop" romof="robocop"
      <year>1988</year>
      <manufacturer>Data East Corporation</manufacturer>

From the main robocop game:

Code:

game name="robocop" sourcefile="dec0.c"
      <year>1988</year>
      <manufacturer>Data East Corporation</manufacturer>
      rom name="en_24_mb7124e.a2" size="512" crc="b8e2ca98" sha1="bd1e193c544dc17a665aa6c4d3b844775ed08b43" region="sub" offset="1e00"

Both roms seem to match.
Is it a bug?
Or did I miss something ?

Sorry i forget to answer but the above

mamediff -d4 -s -o disk empty.dat newactualfulll.dat

works perfectly, like I want

Many thanks

But little strange a fulldat, even cleaned, list a lots of duplicates CHD:s that are missing in clrmame, it wants to duplicate chd:s to a bunch of directorys.

But the above example you show me works great, No duplicates.

Many thanks again....

It was a busy summer in 2010 so it was unfortunate that I didn't have any time for this website. Anyway, autumn is here so I am going to try to get on top of things again.

To get things started I have applied the updates for MAME v0.140.

                                      Thank you very much!
This is not really a coincidence. Each "game" is a list of the same game (good and bad dump). All these are bad dump of the same type.

Thank for DatUtil
